Desk Top Acrylic Memo Clip - Pen Holder - Pen with Letter Opener

The clip is gold acrylic,
 Memo-Clip with gold tone pen swivel
 holder.  The Pen has a black
 plastic bottom with the upper portion in gold tone
metal shaped like a letter opener.  I am not sure the pen still writes because it is still in gift box, which is in good shape.  The cover of the box is clear and states Acrylic Memo Clip Pen Set 24-K Gold Plated. Made in Hong Kong.
