Package contains: 1 x PCF6 03 automatic fitting
Automatic quick coupling for pneumatic systems. This fitting is used in all industrial automation processes where pneumatic systems are present. These fittings allow for quick connections of calibrated plastic pipes at any point of a pneumatic system, manually and without the aid of tools. The model in question is straight cylindrical with female thread. The connection and the pneumatic seal are guaranteed by the internal coupling of a crimping clip and an O-Ring. Once the pipe has been inserted into the fitting as far as it will go, the clip clamps it uniformly, preventing it from coming out. The extraction of the tube takes place by pressing the POM techno-polymer collar called the extractor ring. For the connection, the pipe must be cut at 90 °, checking the absence of internal and external burrs and making sure that the pipe does not appear oval after cutting. Then insert the pipe into the fitting pushing it up to the stop. To extract it, just exert a slight pressure on the extractor ring.
