The 9,000 lbs capacity Polyester webbing is more effective and convenient than chain. It provides more towing momentum than rigid links or winching, and safeguards the transmission of the recovery vehicle by reducing the shock loading. For use with Winch or truck to truck recovery.

WARRANTY:     
14 days after receiving the product, no questions asked, we'll refund (except s&h cost) or replace. Item must be as new, with no use, stains or marks.
3 months for manufacturing defects. Part will be exchanged for a new one.   

PAYMENTS: We accept any kind of payment. Payment is due within 3 days of closed auction. If mailing a payment, please let us know you do it 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY  We'll refund or replace according to the Warranty terms above. Refund will be given once the product is received and verified and there are no signs of abuse. We do not charge restocking fees. But we do not cover or refund s&h charges. 
Before returning, ask for a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization number) 
We do not cover the shipping & handling cost for return or exchange on the delivery of the product.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days upon receiving payment. A tracking # of shipment will then be issued to the buyer. If payment is received by check, we'll wait up to 5 days after the deposit of the check.

We welcome orders from any part of the world. Please note that USPS service may be slow to your country, it may take, from 15 to 45 days, sometimes, a little more. If using USPS service, please be patient. After 45 days we can make an insurance claim, but not before.
