Salmo Minnow #7 Sinking
2 3/4" - 3/16 oz
Real Roach
Two #6 Treble Hooks
Depth: 5 - 6.5 Feet

The versatility of a Salmo Minnow is what makes them so deadly on so many species of fish. We recommend you use a small snap swivel or a loop knot when you tie on your favorite minnow size. The solid hard body design lets you cast the Minnow a mile, while letting you have the option of a slow or fast retrieve.

Light lines really let the Minnow wiggle and with the slow sinking models, you are able to get the Minnow to almost any depth. Don’t think for a minute you are limited to simply casting and retrieving the Salmo Minnow. You can twitch it, pull it, snap it or just let your Minnow sit motionless on the surface. We have found that one of the secrets to success with the Salmo Minnows has a lot to do with the type of rod you select to fish with. Our extensive on the water experience has shown us that a soft tip rod is best. In fact, a rod that is designed for lures up to only 1/2 ounce are best. The soft tip seems to permit the fish to inhale the bait easier and the soft action also keeps the hooks from tearing the mouth of the fish. Lighter is better when fishing with the Salmo Minnow.

The long body shape of the Minnow appeals to many fish. When you tie on a Minnow #7 SDR (Super Deep Runner), you have a floating diving lure that reaches down to 17 feet if you like to troll and boy do the walleyes love Salmo! You’ll be glad to know that every Salmo Minnow is individually tank tested and tuned to run right out of the box. Each lure is hand crafted one at a time to ensure your Salmo Minnow is going to run and fish exactly as it was designed.

Always use a snap or loop knot when fishing with this Salmo Lure
