Word to the wises : Most Bullwhip buyers/users want a whip that will make a loud cracking / popping sound and or use it to hit targets, in order to do that the whip will have a string / popper at the end of the fall (see my picture), if not the whip will not make a popping sound just make a slapping sound and not very good to hit a target. In checking some other ebay sellers with similar looking whips and similar picture there was no string popper on the whip and the listed price was more. Why pay more for less?
