We offer both a Standard Economy Delivery and Next Day Delivery service.

Standard Economy Delivery:

Orders need to be placed by 12pm for it to be dispatched on the same day. Orders after 1pm will be processed the following working day. Deliveries will be during working days and excludes weekends, Saturday deliveries have an extra charge

Next Day Delivery:

For next day delivery, orders need to be placed by 12pm on the day of the order for the order to be dispatched for delivery the next day, deliveries placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, For a Saturday delivery there will be an extra charge

Delivery Information:

Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery on the day

Please ensure you check the goods when they are delivered. The driver will wait 10 minutes for you to check the goods to ensure you are happy with the product and contents of the delivery. If there are damages then sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED', this way you will be entitled to get free replacements sent out

We always recommend that you never book a tiler or other workman until the goods have been delivered and inspected.

The Shipping charge of £55.00 is based on a single pallet of a maximum tile quantity of 38m2. Orders exceeding this quantity will attract a second or third delivery charge depending on the quantity.

If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition in its full original carton/box. There will be a restocking charge of 10% of the goods returned. If you require tilezone to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, tilezone reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods. If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
