The majority of our items are shipped Expedited Parcel via Canada Post.
We ship ONLY to Canada and the USA. Bids or purchases from anywhere else will be cancelled.
Occasionally, smaller items may be sent via Airmail if ordering from the USA; the listing’s shipping details will reflect this when it occurs.

However, in the rare instance where an item is not as described or not performing as it should, please contact us for a Return Authorization and we will either replace it or refund your purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Returns are accepted 14 days from date of purchase.
