As a rule we ship all items purchased before 12 noon the same day. This means if you buy after 12 noon they will generally be shipped the following working day. Items purchased after 12 noon on a Friday will be shipped on the Monday* (excluding bank holidays in which case, your items will be dispatched on the Tuesday) 

Please note that our FREE shipping uses Royal Mail’s First Class Signed for service. Although this often means that the item arrives the next day, they do not guarantee it. Ebay’s estimated delivery date is exactly that: estimated. If you require a guaranteed  delivery before 1pm on a specific date then please select this option upon eBay checkout at a small extra cost.

We DO NOT Ship to an Alternative Address

To protect our buyers from fraud we will only send to the postal address that you select upon eBay checkout. Please make sure your address is correct as we will be unable to send a replacement item if delivered to the wrong address.

Returns

We accept returns of any product we sell. If you are not entirely happy, simply contact us (we don't bite) within 14 days of purchase and we can offer a full refund or exchange. The refund will be for the amount paid for the FULL eBay listing (inc postage where applicable). The cost of you returning the item to us will NOT be covered and PLEASE NOTE: refunds will NOT be given until the item has been returned to us.

The 14 days start from the day after the dispatch date.

We CANNOT refund any item after this 14 day period is over!
