This is a Provence MINI cast iron rectangular baker serving pan, perfect for presenting an individual portion of food to your table!  It has a top diameter of roughly 13.5cm by 9cm wide and almost 4cm deep (excluding the two side handle which are about 2cm each).  We love this for sizzling prawns for entrée, or individual taster of Mongolian lamb.  Crab cakes with sauce and rice balls works well, as does chicken wings, oysters, scallops, small casserole or curry, and the list goes on!  So eye-catching!
