PAYMENT:

PayPal ONLY.

NOTICE:

All residents of NY State are required to pay SALES TAX (8.125%) unless they can provide valid resale NY State ID#.

DOMESTIC & COMBINE SHIPPING:

If you purchasing a single mug I can ship it by FIIRST CLASS and refund $1.50 to your account (let me know in advance if you want that option).

Otherwise your merchandise will be shipped by PRIORITY MAIL and that will cost $7.00. 

I will combine shipping cost for additional $3.50 per item.

Note that EBAY does not always calculate combined shipping offer correctly, so before paying please let me know and I will correct the invoice. If this is not possible I will CREDIT your PAYPAL account for overpaid shipping cost.

No pick-ups.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The only option to ship internationally is through GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM (GSP). Please estimate the shipping cost before purchasing merchandise. To do that select “Shipping and payment” tab below gallery picture on item page. Then choose destination country and quantity.

Shipping costs include DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. After I print the shipping label, you will receive a notice with a TRACKING NUMBER. I drop the package off at the post office the same day that I print the label. At this point I have no control of what happens to the parcel. You can check the status of you package at the USPS web site. Tracking information is updated throughout the day, but most of the information is sent with a delay.

RETURN:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with this item, you can return it for a refund.  I will accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive the item. I cannot, however, refund shipping costs.

In case of damage to items during shipping, I will require a photo of broken merchandise in order to receive full refund (cost of item and shipping).
