Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, which is our preferred method as we can dispatch your item much quicker
Please make your payment ASAP to ensure we can allocate your stock
We do sell on multiple websites and sometimes may sell out between your purchase and payment
We will submit an eBay claim if payment is not received within 7 days - this is only to get our fees back

Shipping

All items are shipped by USPS - please ensure your shipping address allows USPS deliveries
We offer a combined shipping rate per additional item and a maximum shipping cost - see the shipping tab on all listings
Combined shipping rate is only available when you pay for all your items in a single payment transaction
We commit to ship all orders received by noon ET the same business day
We reserve the right to combine your orders into a single delivery even if you make individual payment transactions
The combined shipping rate is automatically calculated by eBay when you go to pay for all items in your shopping cart
eBay app users should request an invoice and pay from the invoice

Returns

We accept returns should you change your mind but may charge a restocking fee if over 30 days
You are responsible for return shipping costs
We do not refund shipping and handling costs
We do not offer exchange of goods, you will need to return and re-purchase Please contact us first if you wish to return an item
Faulty products will be replaced or refunded depending on current stock situation and/or customer?s request
Any request to cancel your order must be made within 60 minutes of payment, after this the order may have been passed to our warehouse for processing

International Customers

We ship worldwide with the exception of a few embargoed countries (by the US Government)
You are responsible for any additional duties or taxes levied by your country
On multiple purchases, please request an invoice first and we will calculate the actual shipping costs which are usually lower than advertised, you will never pay more than advertised
