If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, a card should be left by the relevant delivery company instructing how to organise a re-delivery or where to pick up the parcel from. If the parcel is returned to the delivery companies sorting office, the company will allow certain time for you to collect, after
 that time the parcel will be returned to us , we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item back to you. If the item is no longer required a refund will be issued less the postage amount.   

RETURNS

 return the item. Returns are accepted only in its original condition,
 Item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt. They are not accepted
 if worn,
 reshaped, discoloured, or in a condition they can't be sold again. 
The cost to return the item will be the responsibility of the Buyer/Customer .
If the item has arrived faulty or we have sent the incorrect item then we shall pay for the return postage cost in the means of a refund to your account once the item is received.
