We have an 14 days unconditional return policy for items returned to us in their original condition. If you need to return or exchange an item, we require that you send it back to us with a completed Product Return & Exchange Form . (click link to print a copy now).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping if charged is non-refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee for returns, but for exchanges the restocking fee is waived.

We only accept returns or exchanges on new never used merchandise. It is our duty that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
