Up for bid is a hand knit wool blanket. The blanket is a beautiful red color and is hand knit from super thick Merino wool yarn. It is strikingly attractive because of the large knit pattern.

Note that this kind of wool yarn will shed wool fibers, more so on fabric surfaces. It is better for use on a smooth leather sofa or similar, or as a decorative accent. It is super soft and comfortable. The knit is fairly open in nature, and you can easily slide your hand between the weave when adjusting and moving it.


It measures about 37x78 inches and is about 1.75 inches thick. Net weight is 7.3 pounds. It is a heavy blanket.
