WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
Most parts are cleaned and inspected. We will do our best to ensure that the condition of the part is good and serviceable.
A 14 Day Warranty is Given on MOST Used Parts. If upon receipt you are not completely satisfied with your used part purchase, you can return it. You pay the shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee for a refund per the instructions below.
- You MUST Contact Us for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#)
- Include a Copy of the Original Invoice
- Reason for Return
NOTE: If We Find That the Part Fails or Has a Fault, We Will Refund Shipping and Restocking Fee in Addition to the Cost of the Item.

Does this item have a Free Shipping Option?
Check the Shipping Tab. If you see a Free Shipping option, we will cover the shipping cost to any physical address located in the lower 48 United States at no extra charge. The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice. Most of the time we use slower, economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company, so if you would prefer more control over the shipping, feel free to choose a different service. If your physical destination is outside the lower 48 United States, or if common carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx do not deliver to your physical address, free shipping is not available and you agree to pay any shipping charges. Unfortunately, our free service does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
All domestic shipped items will be shipped via USPS Select Ground Mail unless otherwise specified. We try very hard to quote actual shipping. We do not charge any handling or packing fees. We charge what it costs us to ship! If you have a different shipping preference,or if you feel the online shipping quote is high, let us know and we will get you an accurate quote.
If the description above states that this will be a truckline or freight shipment, this means your item will arrive by a large commercial vehicle and the address you provide MUST be a commercial business with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the item from the truck. If the carrier determines your address is a residence (or a business in a residential neighborhood), by ordering this item you agree to pay any additional residential delivery, redelivery and/or accesorial surcharges. Contact us with any questions regarding freight shipments. International freight shipments will incur additional customs and governmental charges which are the responsibility of the buyer.
LOCAL PICK-UP: For large items that are heavy, we offer local pick-up in Fort Pierce, FL.

We currently offer USPS Priority International Mail shipping options to provide our international buyers more shipping choices. However, due to the USPS Mail Service's high rate of loss, damage and poor insurance coverage, we are forced to reserve the right to ship higher value items by UPS so your package(s) may be fully insured. Unfortunately, this may increase your shipping costs. When choosing USPS Priority International Mail as your shipping method, you understand we may reroute the package via UPS and you agree to pay any additional costs incurred. If you would like to make special shipping arrangements or have any questions, please send us an eBay message before ordering.
RETURNS:
Item must be in original condition and returned within 14 days. Refund of item price only after receiving item. A 15% Restocking Fee Will Apply. This is the fee eBay and PayPal charge me for the transaction. This fee is occasionally waived in which case you would be entitled to a full refund of the item price. Original Postage Will Be Deducted From Refunded Items That Were Offered With Free Shipping. Some items may not be returnable and will be so indicated in the return policy under "Shipping and Payment" section.
BEFORE RETURNING ANY TEM: Contact us within 14 days for an approved Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsellable items are non-returnable. Unapproved returns may be rejected at buyer's expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our shipping cost and a 15% restock charge.
