We are so confident in the quality of our products that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer your money back within 30 days of item purchased!
In the case where you are not completely satisfied, please contact us directly to our Ebay account, and we will give you instructions.
Shipping costs are not refundable and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping back to our factory.
Once we have received the item, we will then issue a refund.
