Flowable composites delivering high strength plus low wear

• Fusion Flo is a flowable, light-curing, radiopaque nanohybrid composite for the restorative therapy and the cementation of ceramic and composite restorations. Fusion Flo cures with light in the wavelength range of 400–500 nm (blue light).
• Fusion Flo Flowable composites contain less filler creating a lower viscosity - making them "more fluid" than traditional composites. That means they can flow more easily and cover areas more effectively than other composites.

Fusion Flo, a Nano hybrid restorative composite, is the flowable version of Fusion Nanofil. Fusion Flo is a light-curing tooth-coloured composite for direct restorative treatment as well as for the cementation of composite and ceramic restorations. It is supplied in syringes for direct application. 

• Available in 9 VITA Shades : A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B2, C2, OA3 ( Opaque A3 ), OA2 ( Opaque A2 ), WO ( White Opaque )
• 1 Highly Translucent Incisal Shade: IN
• 1 Bleaching White Shade: BL
• 4 Pink Gingiva shades G1, G2, G3, G4

 Indications:

• Anterior restorations (Classes III, IV) Class V restorations (cervical caries, root erosion,wedge-shaped defects)
• As initial layer under Class I and II restorations
• Small restorations of all types
• Extended fissure sealing
• Blocking out of undercuts
• Splinting of mobile teeth
• Repair of composite and ceramic veneers
• Adhesive cementation of indirect composite and ceramic restorations

• Excellent flow properties, therefore, excellent wetting of the entire cavity; material adapts itself to the cavity walls and fills even the smallest of cavities without trapping air; contouring is unnecessary

 Composition:

• Bis-GMA
• Urethane Dimethacrylate
• Inorganic nano fillers 
• The fillers comprise barium glass, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, mixed oxide and copolymer (63 % wt).
• Additives, catalysts, stabilizers and pigments are additional contents (< 1 % wt).
• The total content of inorganic fillers is 59 % wt or 32 % vol.
• The particle sizes of the inorganic fillers range between 40 nm (0.04 μm) and 3000 nm (3 μm).
• The mean particle size is 550 nm (0.55 μm).
