  • Some laptop models use more than one type of screen. The screen could be CCFL (using inverter) or an LED with data connector at different locations, depending on the model of the screen. The best practice is to remove the broken/faulty screen and get the model number from the back of the screen and the position of connector(s). .
  • All our screens are new and follow ISO 13406 standards for dead pixels, that is 2 to 5 dead pixels are acceptable.
  • We may send you the exact model or a 100% compatible screen

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    All items ordered by 3.30pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders between 3.30pm and 5.30pm may be dispatched the same day.

    We use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD couriers for our deliveries, depending on the location and type of premises (commercial or residential). The parcels can be tracked as appropriate through Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com, through UPS couriers’ website https://www.ups.com or DPD Website https://www.dpd.co.uk

    We only dispatch without any exception to address registered with PayPal.

    We do not offer any collection or pickup service. Please note, our shop prices are higher than our eBay prices.


    RETURNS

    We have a hassle free returns policy. If for any reason, whatsoever, within 14 days of purchase you would like to return the screen or if it fails within warranty period, then please send us a message through eBay. Please note, if the item you received is damaged then you must contact us within 24 hours. We will issue RMA (Returns Material Authorization) Number to be written and clearly visible on the outside of the box when shipping back to us. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.

    You may return the item back to us with all warranty labels in place and without any tampering. All returned parts must be in good condition and in original packing.

    Once we receive the item back in our original packing, we will replace the screen or refund in full excluding our initial shipping and handling and administrative charge. The customer will be responsible without any exception for all return shipping charges. Please note, custom fees and import duties are not refundable.

    A. We supply new “A+ Grade” screens whereas some suppliers at a very low price may be supplying new or reconditioned “A Grade” or “A- Grade” with a short display life.

    A.You will have to pay VAT and other charges when the part is delivered to you in UK whereas you will have no extra charge or hidden costs if bought from us.

    A. If you report to us by email about damaged product within 24 hours of delivery, we shall replace it for you. If the product fails to reach you within a reasonable time then we shall despatch another one as soon as possible.
