Shipping Terms: 

- We only ship to the lower 48 US States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and PO/APO boxes. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. 

- Processing time is typically 1 business day and Shipping time is 3-5 business days (excludes Weekends & Holidays) after the item ships. 

- Please have make sure your name, shipping address, and phone number on file is valid and up to date.

- Please leave us a good rating after you have received the item and are happy with our transaction. 

- If there are any issues, please contact us first before leaving a neutral/negative rating or opening a case.

- We promise we can make you happy if you give us a fair chance. 

- All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt.  

- Just contact us via Ebay message and we will initiate the return process for a replacement or refund. 

- Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in. The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned. Personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns.

- Many of my items are shipped directly from other retailers, wholesale suppliers or warehouses to expedite delivery. 

- Inventory may sometimes change and I provide a full refund if necessary in case of inventory issues.
