Shipping and handling costs will be $3.99 by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL (will be shipped folded as issued.)  in the US. International rates are much higher. Insurance, Delivery Confirmation(tracking info) and all other USPS options are by buyer’s request and at buyer’s expense.
