Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If there is no prior arrangement to extend payment expectancy a nonpayment claim will be filed with Ebay.

Returns

Returns are accepted for all items within the U.S.A unless otherwise noted in the listing. All items returned must be in original condition and may not have any additional flaws. If an item was sold "New With Tags" it must have all tags present. We do not accept returns due to clothing not fitting properly and we urge you to Please "SEE MEASUREMENTS" first to ensure proper fitting of garment. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping charges in the event of a return.

 

No Returns For International Buyers

Returns are not accepted for International Buyers. We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. There is no tracking information provided for the International packages as the majority of our Clothing items will be shipped First Class International (Less than 4 Pounds).  We please advise you to "Buy at your own risk" when purchasing internationally as the package is out of our control once it leaves the United States.  Please be aware that depending on where you live packages may take weeks or even months to arrive. If you have any questions regarding shipment to your country or concerns you may have please feel free to contact us first.

Shipping

We offer fast free shipping to the USA and we ship the majority of our Products within one business day. International shipping is available through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP).  Please contact them for availability and rates.  We urge you to "Buy At Your Own Risk" since once the package leaves the United States we have no control over it.  Also be aware that shipment time could be extended due to distance and handling.   We hold the right to refuse shipment to particular countries or buyers.  We do not ship over the weekend.
