Shipping  

 

  • We ship packages to all countries. 
  •  Usually, it takes 15--60 days via China Post Air Mail. If quick, it will arrive within 15 days. If slow, it will arrive within two months; this will depend on the post office & Customs Efficiency in different countries. But for American buyers, it generally takes 7-15 days to arrive in United States by ePacket shipping Service. 
  • Email us please if not receive items after 60 days as soon as possible. If you think that the time is too long, you can choose other courier like DHL, UPS and FedEx, but you need to bear the corresponding costs. 
  • Please make sure payment address is correct. Telephone number will be appreciated. An non-received items caused by invalid  address are not in our full refund or replacement policy. 
  • A notification email/message of dispatch will be sent to buyer after item is posted. Please email us if you don't receive our email after 5 days of full payment sent. 
  • We provide fast shipping, but the shipping fee depends on the weight of items. So if you want to do fast shipping, please give us the item name and quantity you want, and we will calculate you the total price including shipping. 

 

  

 

Returns Policy

 

  • Genuinely Faulty Goods will be replaced or money refunded in 30 days return periods. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost back to the buyer.           
  • Defective items will be offered exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date received order. It takes about to 3 business days to process your return after product received. All inventory clearance sale products are final, no return, exchange or refund. 
  • Although, we pack the item very carefully with the high-quality packing materials, there is unforeseeable damage due to delivery from the carrier. We ARE RESPONSIBLE for delivery damage on the ITEM ITSELF. We do offer exchange for damaged item due to delivery damage.
