PAYMENT TERMS

California Residents are expected to pay 8.00% sales Tax. I prefer PayPal. •We accept PayPal & Credit Cards as method of payments. •If you are interested in purchasing more than one item and take advantage of our combined shipping discount, please do not checkout until you have purchased all the items you want because combined shipping cannot be done until your shopping is completed. •Orders are expected to be paid within 24 hours after you have completed your shopping. •If orders are placed on the weekend they will first get processed starting Monday. •Shipping address must be a confirmed address with PayPal.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. All exchanges and returns will incur a 20% restocking fee due to our high eBay fees. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. If your item had "Free Shipping" your refund will be the total minus what it cost to ship the item to you plus the 20% restocking fee. Please email us within 30 days of receipt of item if there are any problems with your merchandise and we will try to work things out to everyone’s satisfaction. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Items returned used or damaged including damaged or missing retail packing will be subject to a 40% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders generally arrive 5-7 days after being ordered. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Shipping rates can be found on the top of the page under the "Shipping & Payments" tab. Delivery time varies on your location. If you enter your zip code on top, eBay will provide an estimated time frame for delivery. • All orders take 24 - 48 business hours for processing & shipping. • We operate Monday to Friday & do not ship on the weekend or holidays. • If you need expedited shipping, please send us a message only before you purchase. We will not be able to expedite anything after an order is already paid for. • We ship FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on your location. Most packages are shipped with USPS. • With most orders you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can feel confident & comfortable with your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are more than happy to offer combined shipping for our international buyers. Please purchase them one by one without paying and then request a combined shipping invoice before you pay. We will always offer the best rates for combined shipping. For single rates, please click on the shipping tab on the top of the page. The rates are listed there. •You can only select the shipping option we offer. We usually ship with USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail. •First class mail shipping time take about 2 weeks (could be up to 4 weeks) and there is NO tracking. •USPS Priority Mail takes 12 to 20 days and has minimal tracking. •Orders may be held by customs and that is not in our control. •Please note that taxes, customs duty, and brokerage fees are not included in shipping fees, and if applicable will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. •Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. •Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. •We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
