Here we have a GORGEOUS antique collier necklace crafted in solid 10k rose, green and yellow gold and features a unique coral cameo stone that is bezel set at its center. This beautiful stone displays finely detailed carvings of a young lady and is highlighted with 3 red accent stones from both sides and at the bottom of the dangle. The textured open work of the pendant adds a very nice touch to the piece and it comes affixed to a 15 inch fine cable link chain. This is truly an amazing antique piece that remains in excellent condition. Enjoy!
