Sodium Caseinate is a spray dried milk protein manufactured directly from fresh skim milk.
This product has a bland flavor and excellent flavor stability which allows it to be used in flavor sensitive applications.
Sodium caseinate is a white powders, odorless, tasteless or with slight peculiar fragrance
and taste and easily soluble in water.
Sodium caseinate has good emulsification and stabilization functions
as well as viscosity increasing, adhesive, foaming and foam stabilizing functions.
Sodium caseinate has strong hydrophilicity and thus wider application than casein.
It can be used in meat, aquatic meat products, ice cream, biscuit, bread, noodles
and other grain products,Cream Liqueurs .
Sodium caseinate is used with transglutaminase to form food binders .


Solutions of Sodium caseinate are neutral and will produce casein precipitation with the addition of acids.
It is a fat and water binding protein, used in various food applications in dairy and meat processing industry.
Also, it is often used for strengthening proteins.
