Heatsink is used and has a little dust on the fins.  Fan is new, has never been used.  Includes all mounting hardware, a set of fan vibration dampeners, and two sets of fan clips.

This is a tall cooler (171.2mm), it does not fit in some PC cases.  Make sure you check that it will fit in your case.
