Payment

·        Payment must be received within 3 days of auction.

·        We accept payment via paypal.  Credit card payment can also be made via paypal. 

Shipping

·         Please verify your address during checkout.  If there is an apartment number, please make sure your apartment number is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address. 

·         If you want to ship to a different address other than your paypal confirmed address, please changed it during checkout, or note the shipping address at the “note to seller” field during check out.  Messaging us to change address after check out may or may not be changed. 

·         We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for reship the item(s) due to wrong address or undeliverable address.

·         Order processing: Within one business day

·         All orders will be shipped with First Class Package with tracking number.

·         When the item is shipped, buyer will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number from eBay.  Therefore, you do not need to ask us to message you for the tracking number. 

Return

·         If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for refund of the item price (shipping charges are not refundable).  We are not responsible for any purchase after this 14-day period.

·         Return shipping fee is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., you receive the wrong item).  We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.

·         Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons.  No exception.

·         All returned items must be received in the original packaging, and original condition with no signs of wear and abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused, or we can only issue partial refund.

·         Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on any unwanted item. 

·         20% restocking fee will be charged for all unwanted product returns.

·         Returns are processed within 2-4 days from the time received.

Exchange

·         If you have discovered that you purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, please contact us to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA#).  You may return the package in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 14 days of receipt.  Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost.  Free shipping does not apply to exchange merchandise.
