This listing is for a Box of 10 CCMT 09T304 Carbide PVD Coated Turning Inserts.

My Inserts are a good all round grade that will cut various materials such as Steel, Stainless, Cast Iron etc.

Anyone buying inserts from China on here be very careful. Many times customers try to save a small amount of money and run into quality issues.

My inserts come from a trusted supplier who I guarantee will provide me and in turn I can provide you with a quality product.

If you buy inserts on eBay from a Chinese seller a lot of times they inserts arrives with one or more of the following faults.

1 - No Coating

2 - No Edge Prep

3 - Made from recycled carbide

4 - No honing on cutting edge

5 - Incorrect Nose Radius

6 - Insert not reaching ISO quality standard on size

Is it worth taking the risk to save a couple of pounds?

I inspect every insert before I am willing to put my logo on them and send them out to my trusted customers. It's for this reason why my customers come back to me and I appreciate each and everyone of you.

I started Carbide Direct over 10 Years ago now.

My intention was to create a British stocked affordable good quality brand of both Turning and Milling inserts.

I was fed up with the big companies charging huge mark ups on products that are not much better and on a lot of occasions not as good as my products.

I need to make a profit in order to run my business and I do not apologise for that and I hope you understand.

Over the years my range has grown and grown and my product quality as well as my branding has also become a lot more professional, and I now have many customers who use me regularly and for that I am very grateful.
