Returns

We are sorry that you want to return your item and accept returns in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations and ebay rules.

If you change your mind and want to return for a refund you are responsible for returning the goods and the goods must reach us in the same unused condition they left us in. 

We must be advised of any genuinely faulty goods upon receipt.  Once goods have been returned and inspected you will be sent a replacement or receive a refund.

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us so we recommend that you take out insurance with your postage.
