We would like to introduce to you a completely new design of LED HALO RINGS, and angel eyes for the 1999-2005 LEXUS IS300 IS200. We have been customizing headlights since 2005. These rings are CAD designed specifically for the IS300 headlights. They are made using the latest technology. No ballasts, inverters and voltage regulators !!!These are designed to perfectly match car voltage. Each ring comes with 3ft wires. Connect them directly to your parking lights, daytime running lights etc.
