About Unlocked Phones - Please note the original carrier of the unlocked phone you are purchasing. These phones are designed specially for each major carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon). The phone you purchase will support the features specific to the original carrier model. This means that if you purchase an unlocked AT&T phone and use it with T-Mobile, you will NOT be able to access features specific to the T-Mobile model, such as visual voicemail and WiFi Calling.
Likewise, if you purchase an AT&T unlocked phone and use it with another carrier you will need to change the APN settings in order to receive data. Please contact your carrier's "technical support" for guidance if you do not already know how to do this.
GSM unlocked phones will only work with other GSM carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Simple Mobile, Cricket, Net 10, Straight Talk and GSM Carriers Worldwide etc.). They will not work with CDMA carriers (Verizon Sprint or Boost).
