Care Instructions

Before washing, always look at the care label and carefully follow the instructions. Most good quality detergents, washing machines and fabrics are manufactured to ensure that when the stated instructions are adhered to and the garment is washed according to the said temperature and dried as per the procedures mentioned; they will wash well and look good after each wash.

The following points should be used as guidelines for all garments:

Before washing, close all zips, undo buttons, check pockets for loose or sharp objects, flatten out collars and cuffs.
Always refer to the Label before Washing.
Always check to ensure the Washing Machine is not overloaded.
Use a good quality detergent and ensure that the right amount of detergent is used.

Please be aware that all delivery times quoted are based on when your order leaves the warehouse and not from the time you originally placed your order.
 
In the unfortunate event that a product cannot be delivered within the quoted timescale we will contact you to make you aware and give you the opportunity to change your order.
 
Delivery Methods
 
We use a number of proven couriers to deliver your order, and the courier responsible for your delivery will depend on what you order and where your order is being delivered to.
 
After your order is dispatched you will receive an email to let you know that your goods are on there way along with a tracking information (if applicable) so you can immediately locate your order in the delivery process.

Larger heavier parcels are shipped with EVRi, Parcelforce, UK Mail, or DHL and may be subject to a shipping surcharge, if this is the case, one of our team will contact you to discuss your options.

We offer a *No Quibble No Fuss guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused and saleable condition within 60 days of receipt.
*Only applies to brand new products.  Any items listed that are listed as a customer return with defects are not eligible for a refund as they have been heavily discounted.

Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding any delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back in to our Warehouse. However, please make sure that you enclose a note with your eBay username, full delivery address and the reason for the return before sending the goods back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 3 working days. Once your order has been refunded you will receive notification via eBay.

If you are returning boxed items, PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH THE RETURNS LABEL OR USE ANY STICKY TAPE ON THE BOX, as your return will not be accepted.
