Sometimes the postal service or courier try to deliver but do not leave a note saying that they have tried. We will not be responsible if the item is returned to us due to no one being at home at the time of the postal service/courier tries to deliver. If it gets returned to us for that reason, you will need to repay the postage in order to resend to you.
