When this item is closed it measures 9 1/2 inches high by 10 inches wide by 6 inches deep. It features a clock with a twisting hand, a kitchen with hidden shoe, turret with changing horse/pumpkin, staircase with last stair hiding a shoe, turntable for Polly, light up turret, fireworks, clock, and interior lights that work (batteries not included), banquet room, storage drawer for figurines, and a fold out portion to make the whole unit bigger.

This does not include figurines. There is some color fading due to age. Some of the sticker accents have wear. Some age wear to the paint and two small dents in the right green trim by the pond. Please see photos.
