We ship on Tuesday & Thursday each week. We try and re-verify the condition of all items prior to shipping and do insure all of our items through the postal carrier. Therefore if your item arrives damaged, it was damaged during shipment and is eligible for an insurance claim. Simply take several pictures including the packaging and forward them to us. We will process the claim through the postal service and issue you a refund within 3 business days.
