Packaging and Shipping
We
pack these sets in hard carton sheets and plastic bags and send in an
envelope with a stamp “DO NOT BEND” or in tube. If you receive a bend or destroyed
by post envelope or tube, please contact us. We will resend or refund you.
We
post on the next working day. The items are shipped from Europe , so
shipping times may vary. We only use PRIORITY services, so
usually the shipping time is about 10-14 working days, however by
reasons that we cannot manage, sometimes the package can be delayed by
post offices, due to busy periods, weather conditions, holidays etc, but
usually :
- European countries and UK – around 7-15 business days
- Rest of the world – 10-20 business days
If
you need the item to be delivered by a specific date, please do not
buy. If your item is not delivered in the given time, please contact us
first prior opening a case, we will do what we can to satisfy you.
