Dispatch
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 1-2 days of paying for your order (Mon - Fri) unless noted otherwise in handling time from our NSW warehouse. Orders are generally sent Standard Shipping via Australia Post, Star Track Express or TNT Express. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days but please allow up to 10 days depending on your location within Australia.

Tracking & Receipt
Your Delivery Notification will be forwarded to you via email with Tracking Number, ETA, and acceptance details.
Please take note of your delivery time as courier will only leave orders upon signature. If you will be unavailable during business hours, please consider having your order sent via a work address, neighbour or relative.
Please inspect the outer packaging of your order for damage.
If the item appears damaged please DO NOT sign for your delivery without the delivery company noting this on POD.
Refunds
We will exchange or refund where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
Breakages
Please inspect your item on arrival and if it appears to have any damage please DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER and contact us via eBay.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the incorrect item we will exchange at buyer cost if notified within 7 days of purchase as long as item is unopened/unused.
Warranty
Genquip have a back to base policy with all the products we sell. NB. Any Warranty is void if damage is caused by improper operation or unauthorised servicing of component.
