This listing is for a brand new with tags attached pair of shorts by the boutique brand "Wes and Willy".  This shorts are so comfy!  They are black with red and white stripes down the side.  Shorts are fully lined in black!  Shorts are elasticized around the waist for better fit and comfort; they also have a draw string that ties in the front.  Fabric is 100% Polyester.  Machine wash with like colors.  See measurements below for proper sizing.  Thank you for your interest in my listings.
