For a flakey finish, can be dabbed onto normal nail polish. Then Seal with Top coat.

for a mirror finish. start with a black base, then Apply No-Wipe Gel top coat. Cure under light, then rub flakies with sponge applicator onto nail. Then another layer of Gel top coat on top to seal.
