JT Japan Steel 17 (oem) tooth Front & 45 (oem) tooth Rear Sprockets and a high strength JT Z3 525 x 120L Natural Silver/BLACK X-Ring chain w/ a Rivet type master link.
**2012-2016 BMW S1000RR models MAY need to cut down the chain to a 118L length for the perfect fitment.**

2009-2011 BMW S1000RR OEM size is 525x118L x-ring chain, 17t Ft. Sprocket, 44t Rear Sprocket
2012-2016 BMW S1000RR OEM size is 525x118L x-ring chain, 17t Ft. Sprocket, 45t Rear Sprocket
2017-2019 BMW S1000RR OEM size is 525x120L x-ring chain, 17t Ft. Sprocket, 45t Rear Sprocket **DEFAULT SETUP**
2020-2024 BMW S1000RR OEM size is 525x118L x-ring chain, 17t Ft. Sprocket, 45t Rear Sprocket **Requires different parts**
For QUICK ACCELERATION 16/45t gear ratio (Shorter Track gearing, QUICKER off the line, QUICKER roll on's, EASIER wheelies),
REQUEST a 16 tooth (-1t) front sprocket and a 45t stock size rear sprocket in the "Add Message" tab during checkout
This quick ratio will be much quicker, but slower top speed with higher freeway cruising rpm's.
The STD. CHAIN LENGTH works with the std. 17t and the Q.A. 16t if you ever want to switch back to stock gear ratio.
For EXACT OEM 17/45t gear ratio (optimum all around gear ratio), factory BMW calculated "Happy Medium" ratio for best acceleration without compromising top speed. If you are using your entire gear box as supplied from BMW, this is your best ratio.
Exact OEM 17/45t is the DEFAULT for this advertisement and will be sent unless otherwise specified.
* A 1 tooth change in the front is equivalent to a 3 tooth change in the rear.. but opposite effects.
* A 1 tooth change in the rear is a very slight change, a 1 tooth change in the front is a major change.
EXAMPLE: (-1 tooth front = +3 teeth rear) or (+1 tooth front = -3 teeth rear)
EXAMPLE: (16t front /44t rear sprocket sizes are approx. the same ratio as 17t front / 47t rear sprockets)

JT Front Sprocket also available in 525 x 16 and 17 teeth
JT Steel Rear Sprocket is available in 525 x 44t or 45 teeth only
