Unless otherwise specified, Chain & sprockets are sent OEM VT750C size with Silver RK  chain and a RIVET type master link.

Optional  RK Clip type master links available for an additional $8.95usd .
Chain & sprockets are sent OEM size with Silver 525 RK chain with a RIVET type master link.

2001-2007 HONDA VT750DC Shadow Spirit OEM size is 525x124L x-ring chain, 17t Ft. Sprocket, 42t Rear Sprocket
 
For QUICKER gear ratio (off the line, roll on's, wheelies), use a 44t or 45t sprocket .
with a quick ratio, your freewat rpm's will be higher, and top speed reduced

For FASTER TOP SPEED, and LOWER HIGHWAY CRUISING RPM's, use a 38t rear sprocket. (USE a 120L chain with this 38t rear sprocket on vt750dc Spirit '01/07)
( the -4t rear sprocket change requires a different chain with shorter length)
with freeway gearing, your off the line acceleration will be slower

Original Factory Supplied OEM size sprockets are the calculated "Happy Medium" of off the line acceleration, roll on's, and high speed engine rpm's with the least amount of compromise on either top end or low end acceleration


JT Ft. Sprocket also available in 525 x 17 teeth only

JT Rr. Sprocket also available in 525 x 38, 41 - 45 teeth
