Welcome to collect

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from us. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. You are welcome to return any item(s) within 14 days of receipt of item.

We are happy to accept return of item within 14 days of purchase if you have change your mind. Item must be return in its original packaging for full refund. Opened packages will be subject to repacking fee of £15. We can arrange the return of the item but you must print and attach the return label ( which will be emailed to you from us ) onto the package. Return collections can only be booked in between 08:30 and 17:30 anytime, unfortunately we can not specify timed or am/pm collection.

ADVICE: Booking Plumbers and Electricians

99.9% of the time your parcels will arrive next working date as ordered, but on rare occasions the parcels can be delayed due to traffic, bad weather, check of address etc.. so we recommend not booking your plumber or electrician until the product has actually arrived with you.
