Payment: We accept PayPal. For local pickup, contact us for accepted forms of payment. Pickup by appointment only. New York state addresses add 8.125% sales tax. Payment is due within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping: Our preferred courier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use First Class, Parcel, Priority, and Media Mail services. Other couriers and services are available upon request. We combine shipping for all eligible items. We ship to all locations served by our domestic postal service, including the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, freely associated states and territories, and APO/FDO/PDO addresses. Contact us to receive a quote for Alternate couriers, International shipping, or expedited shipping. Buyers are responsible for expenses or losses incurred by an inaccurate or invalid mailing address; expenses incurred via customs, including (but not limited to) brokerage fees and duties; signing for purchases valued at, or more than, $250.00 USD (or local currency equivalent).

Returns: We offer a 100% money back guarantee for all eligible listings. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Buyers pay return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Refunds are issued after returns are received and inspected.
