First, call us to discuss the problem with your CD changer. To start, you buy the repair and ship us your CD changer. Generally, we can fix CD changer errors, illumination errors or worn buttons but typically not shorts or power issues(including water damage). Here is a link to our repair form:

Some CD changer are beyond repair. If that is the case, we will use the $35 you paid to ship it back to you, unless you want to leave it with us.
