This is one piece of  very hard to come by U. S. Army 1991 issue, U S Army 292nd Aerial Control Headquarters flash, (later designated 292 Medical Battalion)  in brand new (never issued) direct from government contractor condition. What you see is what you get. 

This flash was made on a government contract by Hallmark Embroidery, Tampa Florida in July 1991.  What you see is what you get.
