How do I add the engraving?
- Please see the product description above for more information on what personalisation we can add.
- Let us know your engraving message, instuctions either by sending us a message once you have placed the order via contact seller in your purchase history. Or saving a message to your order during the checkout process (there is a 'Message to Seller' Button on the checkout page - click this - type your message - then click Add)
- Please put your engraving text inside brackets ( ) so we know to only engrave that.
- Please separate any line breaks with / (we will remove these before engraving)
Please make your engraving instuctions as clear as possible to us to avoid any confusion.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return all non engraved items and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it in its original un opened packaging.
Engraved & Personalised items are all made to order so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on these items unless there is a fault with the item or an error on our part in which case we would be more than happy to replace it.
