Return Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 28 days of purchase as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in its original packing. Kindly contact our customer service team for the returns address to post the item back to us.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or you receive an incorrect item, kindly contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that they can arrange to send you FREEPOST returns label.
Please note that any postage incurred in returning the items to us will not be refunded.
Should you require any unwanted item to be collected, our customer service team can arrange that for a fee of £8.
