This beautiful heart plaque is made from 4mm Oak veneer. It comes with additional hearts hanging from it with the names of the grandchildren. They are attached by lovely ribbon. It looks stunning and would make the perfect gift. This comes with up to 6 stars as standard, but additional stars can be added for only £1.50 each.
The plaque can read either:
"If we had a star for every reason we love you, we would have the whole night sky"
or
"Grandchildren hold your hand for a while but hold your heart for a lifetime"
You can chose the name you would like personalised at the name of the big heart from the selections or choose any other name and send it to us with the details for your personalisation. Please also chose which wording you would like or we will use the star quote as standard
Main heart measures 12cm and smaller hearts measure 5cm each. The more hearts you add the longer the plaque will be.
Please
send the details you would like personalised to us with your order. You
can do this by either adding a note to the seller before making your
payment or contact seller after making your payment. Please check all
spellings as we will personalise the exact wording you send to us and
can not be held responsible for any mistakes made on your behalf. Please make sure if adding a note at checkout that it has saved and sent. Delivery
We
send all items with Royal Mail. Items will be made to order and
dispatched within one working day. If you have an urgent order and
require next day delivery please use the Special delivery option and we
will push your order to the front of the queue for next day delivery.
Orders for this service must be placed by 12pm or it will be guaranteed
for dispatch the following working day unless otherwise agreed before
you place your order.
Returns
As
items are made to order and personalised we are unable to accept
returns if you change your mind as covered by the distance selling
regulations. If your item is incorrect or damaged we will of course send
a replacement item or refund.
