Welcome to the warm and wonderful world of KuSan, a favourite with The Hat Company since Kusan's conception in 2000. Makers of stylish wooly hats, bags and accessories that are lovingly worn and used across the UK and Europe. They’re designed in London and handmade in Nepal from beautiful New Zealand wool.  All Kusan products are individually hand knit in the Himalayas, using local crafts people. Kusan is a very ethical company ensuring that all workers receive a good wage for fair hours, and work in a safe environment.

Washing your KuSan Hat
Woolly hats, gloves and scarves don’t like washing machines! So wash by hand using luke warm water and a gentle detergent. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to remove all traces of soap. Squeeze gently to remove excess water. Do NOT wring your hat. To dry, lay the garment on a flat surface, reshaping if necessary and allow to dry naturally away from direct sunlight and heat. Don’t hang your hat to dry. This will cause the wool fabric to stretch from the weight of the water that has soaked into the fibres. Never put wool clothing in the dryer! The combination of heat, friction and pressure will cause shrinkage.
