Jungle Room tents are heavy duty, featuring 19MM diameter all-steel constructed frames and corners, for long term reliability. Each frame will securely hold up to an extraordinary 80KG of lighting, fans and air filters. They heavyweight, lightproof outer and highly reflective mylar inner means maximum light efficiency. And, with both easy glide zippers and outlet drawstrings, any nutrient odours are sealed inside. The 250MM duct outlets and lower air flaps have been perfectly positioned to allow closed loop air-cooled lighting and internal air circulation, vital for vigorous plant growth. To maintain the perfect environment while checking on plant progress, there are large velcro flaps viewing windows. The jungle Room range also features 9 standard height and 6 industry-leading higher ceiling tents.

Domestic Shipping

  • We try to ensure that all orders received before 11 AM (NSW Time) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
  • We use Australia Post, Courier Please, Fastway and other courier services for sending parcels. Once your order is processed/dispatched, you will receive a tracking number(s) which you can use to track your goods.

  • Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security with no mention of our company name or the contents of the parcel.

Delivery Time

  • Order delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and your location. Our couriers deliver to most destinations across Australia within 1 to 7 days. All orders are typically delivered quickly, however, at certain times, problems out of our control can occur which may cause delay in delivery. We apologize in advance if this happens.
  • Below are estimated delivery times to major cities and most metro areas within Australia. Delivery times to remote areas may take a little longer.

  • PayPal is the only payment method. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We will not accept Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer, Money Order or any other methods.

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

When you change your mind

  • At Meister Headquarter you have 30 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in brand new condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.
  • If you can’t provide proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide identification containing your full name. We will record your name and form of identification provided, and we’ll offer you an exchange coupon to the value of the current price of that product.
  • If you can’t provide proof of purchase and the item is national branded we will be unable to provide you with an exchange coupon or refund.
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage

Meister Headquarter may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Please be aware that data (including, but not limited to, images, music and video) may be lost during the repair process of electrical and electronic products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal data is deleted before return to Meister Headquarter.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.

Proof of Purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
  • Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement)
  • For proof of purchase requirement for online or eBay purchases,

Privacy

You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning merchandise with proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. If Meister Headquarter agrees to a return without adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide identification containing your full name. Meister Headquarter will record your name and form of identification provided, which may be accessed by authorised Meister Headquarter team members for fraud protection activities.

Defective Returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:

  • If an item fails to work properly within the first 14 days of receipt, please email us. We will process a partial refund for the returned postage fee. Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacement. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received in damaged condition, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty. Please check item description for the warranty period.
